It is amazing how a company can put out a really nice video for new characters and draw people back in. What is even more rad is how people who haven't played the game since like I actually don't know when can try to reinstall the game, troubleshoot ever way you can going as far as uninstalling firewalls and protection and the first online experience in years is failure to connect and a game of reconnect and send error report. I played that for about 10 min, still no action. <_<

They don't care. I've submitted multiple tickets on accounts this year and they don't give a crap. The problem is widespread but the only response you get from support is bot-like BS. Ridiculous.

Yeah, I can defiantly tell that. Funny how the only person to post something was another player with the same problem. I was at least expecting them to post the same thing they post every time, just so I can say I tried it all and them come up with 15 other solutions that don't work.
