[Client] IP discrepancy in trying to purchase items in store from displayed IP

New client doesn't display proper IP or it can't do math... I'm not sure which. It started with when I tried to buy a couple of runes and it let me buy them but didn't update my IP properly.

And I'd add a picture if I could figure out how to do that...
