Client Crashes when i open in-game shop

Client Crashes when i open in-game shop, as long as i didnt open the shop i can play normally i used to play normal for more than 2 months then this bug started to happen

run repair i tried reinstalling the game reinstall windows 10 install windows 8 scanning my computer by all anti viruses and anti spyware minimize the graphic to the lowest options possible reinstall driver

PS: when i disable Intel 5500 HD graphics i can open the shop but the game is too slow to play it
