Frostfang
When upgrading to frostfang, it will not let me "Undo" the item to buy something else. Is this correct?

If it earns you gold within those few seconds, or does damage to someone (could happen if you were teemo) then yes, working as intended. Can't undo purchases that have done damage / given gold.
