Ivern's interaction with mobi boots

Normally (i guess this is supposed to be) when you build mobiboots on ivern, you can walk full speed through your jungle without getting slowed from placing a mark on a jungle camp. However when you build bambi's cinder, your mobiboot's speed goes away when you are near a camp. This is no longer the case when you upgrade bambi's to cinderhulk.

It's the way mobis and the immolate passive work together. Bami's Cinder is always on, no matter what. So if you walk by something it can hit, it'll put you in combat. In combat, no mobis. Cinderhulk on the other hand checks if you're in combat before applying your damage. So yeah, it's intended but it'll be patched out for Ivern as he's never actually in combat.
