[CLIENT] Language Filter is still enabled in game after disabling it in client

When I log in, the language filter is active even when it's shown to be disabled. After re-enabling and disabling, it works in the client chat. However, when I enter the game, the language filter still acts as if it is enabled. I went into my files and found the language filter to be disabled, so I am unsure how the problem persists. I do not have the beta client installed.
