[Client] Double Champion in Team Builder

Pretty sure this isn't intended but thought I'd make sure. In team builder there were two instances of the same champion allowed in the lobby. Wasn't patient enough to see if it would allow in-game. Even though they've been censored, both instances were from two different summoners in case that question arises.
