[GAMEPLAY] Windowed Mode Cursor Bug

I play in windowed mode on Windows 10, 1366x768 on free camera but every time I touch the bottom of the window the cursor changes back to the regular windows cursor not the league cursor until I move the mouse over a enemy minion or tower.

To reproduce switch game to windowed mode and move cursor to the bottom of the screen using the free camera.
