disconnection problems

I have been getting disconnected from my games, both tft and lol, at least 2 times a match. its connected going a long fine and then i am disconnecting and it is not reconnecting. i have to exit the game and completely reconnect again which is always successful on the reconnect. the twictch stream i am watching aren't affected nor is anyone else in my place.
