Classical "Can't connect in game''

I just can't connect to a game. It is a typical error but my internet is totally fine (I am writing this right after the crash from the same computer) and I don't know what to do. I am happy about that 9.14b tft (which I don't play though) but I am not happy about my lost d1 series cause of that (is this a punishment for being a teemo main?) I wonder if anyone has just experienced the same.

That is not the first time in patch 9.14. I thought riot fixed it at the start of the patch but it seems to exist still.
