Quint of Percent Health

Bought a quintessence of percent health. Tier 3 (1.5%) and I don't have it. Not there. I already restarted client, no avail.. Have enough to buy another one, but just barely. So I am not wasting it on another one for it to just do the same thing... Fix.

UPDATE: Fixed after restarting computer and toying around with the runes. Moving the quint of health from one spot to another, and moving it back to the inventory and reequipping it a few times, and the other one appeared in my inventory.
