Gameplay Bug (In Game Bug With Kled's Ultimate Ability)

I have been playing a ton of Kled since his release. He's one of my favorite champions. I am having an issue with his ultimate. Typically, when you are in combat with an enemy, and are in very close range, if you use Kled's ulti, it will snap to the opponent you are duelling with, briefly cc-ing them. This occurs sometimes, but now a bug is happening where when I attempt to cc them with this, Kled will roll to them, and simply roll in place for the remaining duration of his ulti, and not cc them. Its happened several times, and I've not been lagging. It has been detrimental in some of my ranked games.
