New Update/HUD creates LAG

So I noticed sluggish play at first nothing to serious until I really took notice of why I kept missing skill shot's and screen jumping!!!!

So every 3 seconds or so I LOSE 2 seconds so I will watch the timer and it will jump from 2:03 to 2:05 and then it will go 2:08 to 2:11 and all through out game with my champ acting like a d/c during the laps....

also death counter I never actually go through the whole count down. usually 9 to 11 seconds left on death clock and ill respawn .... So aggravating can someone let me know if its isolated with me or what?!?!?!?!

I have constant 77 FPS and 68 MS no spikes... never had issue until update went live/ HUD and I like the HUD
