Client Version is rejected by server , Can't log in!

I just updated to patch 6.1 and after attempting to log in, a pop up window with a login error appears saying: <<Client version 5.24.15_12_11_17_53 is rejected by server>> Is there a problem generally or is it only me? How can i fix?

Just Go to the folder where the game is installed. For me it's : C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\ then navigate to projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.xxx and if you find a file S_OK there delete it, and try to update again. Worked for me in a previous patch but this patch im stuck with this 'unspecified error occurred. please check the logs for more information' ._.
