teleporting allowed on zac while his passive is triggered - prevented from dying [Gameplay]

Just had a game, where zac split into 4 cells, was about to get killed, but then someone teleported on him and we couldnt deal any more damage to him... What is that? How can someone tele on champs?? Fix it!
