leave buster keeps resetting

i started a match then i didn't load i exited the game and i tried to reconnect so it didn't reconnected and then started to update and took 10 minutes then i entered the game and when we finished there was a notice saying that i have leave buster i got into queue each time i queue for a match leave buster resets and i get stuck starring at my screen the leave buster reset 10 times and i didn't get to a match
