Twitch Prime Rift Herald Capsule not appearing?

I claimed the new twitch prime capsule, linked amazon and all. I've been a twitch prime member for a long time now, but this one hasn't shown up. The first capsule appeared just fine, and even though this one says it has been "claimed" it isn't in my loot tab. I tried to relink twitch with my league account, but https://twitchprime.leagueoflegends.com/en_GB/connect says it doesn't exist. as does the league of legends twitch link page. Any help?

Have you reset the Launcher? Mine didn't appear until I reset the client.

i have the same problem.. any solutions yet? really would be helpful, if youre reading this and you know how to fix it please reply to this comment, i would highly appreciate it. thanks

I just got the the twitch prime account! It says on the the page that I claimed the Rift Herald's Capsule and that i'd have to restart my game for it to appear. Tried 3 times and it's a no-show! Am i doing something wrong ?
