I claimed the new twitch prime capsule, linked amazon and all. I've been a twitch prime member for a long time now, but this one hasn't shown up. The first capsule appeared just fine, and even though this one says it has been "claimed" it isn't in my loot tab. I tried to relink twitch with my league account, but https://twitchprime.leagueoflegends.com/en_GB/connect says it doesn't exist. as does the league of legends twitch link page. Any help?
V0lthum1 votesHave you reset the Launcher? Mine didn't appear until I reset the client.
StormyThunder031 votesReset the launcher how? I've restarted the game plenty of times, do I need to do something special in the files or just close/reopen? Because that hasn't worked.
exeremes1 votesive tried this, it wont help and i even re-downloaded the game, still no :(

JamsOnDeck1 votesI just got the the twitch prime account! It says on the the page that I claimed the Rift Herald's Capsule and that i'd have to restart my game for it to appear. Tried 3 times and it's a no-show! Am i doing something wrong ?
