Shaco Bug

Played a game recently against a top shaco, and it does get me that there is a game bug where the shaco clone is considered a minion, and when it attacks the enemy champion, the tower doesn't react to the dmg caused by the clone anymore, it attacks the other minions first before it recognize the clone itself as a minion. I find it being broken because the person can just do aggro dmg without him having to actually take any consequences.
