Screen Freezes During Game

While I'm playing a match I get a windows alert sound and then the game completely crashes. I can't Alt+Tab and delete the client; I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Sign Out, and Sign back in so I can reload the client and get back into the match. Some games it happens more than once. Usually it dies down, but it's very annoying and always puts me behind.

This is EXACTLY what has been happening to me. This started when the KDA skins update dropped. I've been crashing this exact way for the same amount of time and I have been penalized 2 times allready on lower priority queue because of it.
