LoL Patcher has stop working

Hi guys,

I reinstall my windows 7 and not I am not able to play LoL.

I installed adobe AIR and .net framework 4 client but each time I tried to start the game and updating proceses it crashes.

I tried to uninstall and install the game again, I tried to run the client as Administrator but the situation is the same.

Once, I was able to reach step 2/2 (Applying changes) with but then the system shows up the same error and was not able to download the rest MB.

Any ideas why is this happening??? I searched over the internet for this kind of error but I was not able to find any solution.
