I went to start a rank game then there was an error about reconnecting to the servers which couldn't load for me. then decided to close my league and open to this, and this happened.

Hey Gotsomeskills,
Could you try;
- Running League in admin mode
- Right click the shortcut and select "Run as administrator"
- Setting up your firewall exceptions and port forwarding
- Follow the steps on the Connection Troubleshooting Guide
- Disable/lower your Windows UAC restrictions
- Change your Internet Explorer settings
