Draven axes bug

I played Draven Draven today against a Graves. I would hit a spinning axe on him, catch it, but the next spinning axe i throw would not register as a spinning axe, just a normal one, ofcourse ruining my damage output. plz fix this bug. it cost me my whole game

if you had 1 axe in your hands only the one with the spinning will go out

no i kept on hitting Graves, my axes stopped spinning by themselves, happened multiple times, i main Draven i know exactly how it works
