For the third time, the file I'm using to download League of Legends is corrupted. I submitted a ticket about this, where I could solve this but before we head to that; WHY IS IT STILL NOT WORKING ON A NEW PC. This should be fixed but anyways, on to the next topic. Funny enough, no matter what pc I'm using; I CAN'T ACCES MY PREVIOUS TICKETS. I patiently try to submit ANOTHER ticket, but guess what: I must be logged in to submit one even though I'm funny enough ALREADY LOGGED IN. Since I can't submit any tickets to you, I dearly hope you will read this and find a solution to these issues.

  1. You don't download League of Legends using a file, you download it using an application.
  2. Access to your tickets isn't dependent on your computer, it's dependent on your internet connection.

Sounds like you've got problems with your internet to me. Try restarting your router and/or modem, and double check there's not a firewall or something blocking you. For a sanity test, you could try connecting to the internet via a different method (other Wifi connection or tethered to a phone).
