Crashing exiting matches and framerate issues

Having the massive frame rate issues as others reported- though my FPS will say 178 I'm still getting dropped frames and stuttering. Ping is a steady 98.

I'm also having a crash every time a game ends or if I Alt-F4. Get a system error, then the game shows "Reconnect", which I try and then get put back into a game that's already finished or I am where I left off in the training map. or I get stuck at "game is still in progress" message.

Everything worked fine before the patch. Nothing on my system has changed. Windows 7 Intel i7 920 12gb RAM Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
