MISSING SKIN!!!

So i just loged into my account and everythink was normal i didnt see anything bad and then i went to play a game as i was in the champion select i picked my main champ kata i had 4 skins or her and the missing one was warring kingdom kata so I was ANGRY and very sad i wanted to cry so i left the select i loged in again i clicked collection and skin i SAW 2 SKINS MISSING ONE OF THEM WAS KATA `S SKIN AND THE OTHER WAS PROJECT VAYNE SO I was angry and very sad i just bought those 2 skin a week or 2 ago and i was so sad like why deos everything bad happen to me but when i loged in it showed a name of a players saying that the player reseve his gift and he oppend the gift and i was just like meh didnt even know what was going on.So i loged in again as i saw the 1 missing skin and i saw that agian and then i realize what the fuck was going on but i didnt gift anybody a skin i bouight those skins for me and i was so angry and sad i loged in again hoping that it was a joke or a prank but no the same messege showed up again and the skin it was saying that i didnt owed them.So if any of u know what happen or how to get my skins back pls let me know cuz i rly want my skin back. :(
