, and have a bug with their Unique passive, Spoils of war. The description states that it will execute minions under 200 hp. But when I buy this item and hit a minion under 200hp it doesn't instantly kill it. It just simply damages it and it executes at like 140 and below.

what champion are you using? Cause I have no problem with it while using melee users.
