Some kind of bugged interaction with Nami's heal causing it to heal for nothing

I've been testing if heal+flash at the same time causes the heal not to work, on its own it seems to work every time but in this video, it seems like my animations might have gotten messed up by Jinx's w slow. I'm not sure how to repeat this bug since it might need Jinx to be part of it, but here's a video of Nami healing herself for 0 HP, the ability also went on cooldown. https://streamable.com/85357
