[Gameplay] Spawning in ARAM in/behind the laser tower and cannot leave base without flashing out.

3 members of my team including myself had this happen the last ARAM match I played. We would spawn in and be physically impaired from moving beyond the platform. Had to wait for flash to come off CD to get out.
