I have 5046 IP I only need a few more champs I thought I'd buy Viktor but I cant and upon closer inspection I cant buy and 4800 IP champ

same wanted to buy vlad and nothing but of course i can spend rp to do it........

never happens to me although whenever i buy a champ, the IP remains the same as before, only fixes itself after client restart
