So well what is this is Lethality just Bugged or is that with Porpuse can shred a tank with 1 q of Miss Fortunes Qwith True damage.... [slayer-jinx-unamused] Please Fix Your Game Riot A Tank Garen with full Amrmor vs a Adc With Letality who should win? the TANK who can take several shoots from a turret or the adc who can 1 shoot the tank....

I think u bugged the Lethality so fix it....

or fix the adc's that they dont scale so much with lethality
