Patch Lag?

Since the 6.1 patch my ping has risen from a steady 29-31 to either solidly at 55 (not so bad) for some games and 140 to 130 for other games. Anyone else having this problem? Is it perhaps just my ISP having difficulties that is coincidentally the day of the patch and after?

Same here, since I patched 6.1 my ping has risen from a steady 40-42 to 150-200, which isn't too bad, but the constant half second delay is painful.
