CAN'T RIGHT CLICK ENEMIES.

Recently I can't click on enemies, minions or champions. Which results in countless deaths, and feeding and reporting. This has never been an issue before. I've tried unplugging the mouse (although the mouse works just since) I've done a repair in the main menu. I dont know what else to do other than reinstall, which I really dont wanna do bc that shit takes all day. Can anyone help? I can't find any help online.
