[GAMEPLAY] new sion passive and movement speed not working together.

I like to build the new Sion with a lot of movement speed and attack speed and with trinity force. Every time I die i notice that i get significantly slower even though i have a boots of swiftness and trinity force already and can't catch anyone unless they have no boots. my movement speed doesn't show the numerical value of what i am actually seeing or running while in dead passive Sion. For example I like to have speed quints, boots of swiftness and trinity force. Early/Mid game I get ganked a lot and ever since the other top laner got his boots I cant chase him in passive mode Sion.

i'd like to see some fix to this as well. apparently Sion starts to move slower and can't even fight a running opponent

You know his abilities are replaced with Death Surge, which gives you a burst of movement speed, right? His only counter when killed is to be kited. The one time MS boost is to be used strategically to catch bad kiters, but it's not supposed to guarantee you a kill every single time you die. That would be OP.

Reread what he said Valk; He is talking about the bonus movespeed from his items/build are being taken away when he is in his passive mode. Which if it is the case, is a huge bug that needs fixing.

I don't need to read it again, I know what he said. That does not detract from anything I said. I did not address the bug at all. I didn't attempt to in the slightest so please don't try to pretend I did. I was only addressing that his passive shouldn't guarantee a kill because of OP movespeed which it sounds like he wants.

I've been outrun by people who haven't even upgraded their boots when i have swiftys with alacrity enchantment it definitely doesn't match your bonus movespeed and deathsurge lasts like half a second if that. He has 345 base movespeed which is more than half of the champions in the game and they outrun me
