Sterak's Gauge not granting intended amount of stats

Sterak's is only granting 30% extra base ad instead of 40% base AD upon activation of Sterak's fury from taking damage. It was likely a mistake in the coding as the standard base ad stat granted by the item was changed from 25% to 30% but the Sterak's fury activation secondary bonus grant of AD was changed from 25% to only 30% when the patch intended it to grant 40% base AD. So instead it gives 30%, then 30% upon activation rather than the intended 30%, then 40% base AD. To easily test this, enter practice tool as any character (Illaoi is easiest, since she has whole numbers for her base AD at level 1 and per level), activate steraks fury by taking damage, and look at the AD gains. The tooltip also says 30% bonus AD so although technically the tooltip is accurate the item was just forgotten to be buffed to the full 40% fury in the patch notes. That being said, the patch notes may actually be the error and the item is fine. Just thought I'd inform everyone.
