I don't know if anyone has already reported this or if it is actually a bug

But mordekaiser's Q sometimes doesn't proc tytanic hydra.... Like at random. It sometimes doesn't proc the first one sonetimes doesn't proc the second one sometimes doesn't proc both and NEVER procs the third one i'd like to get some info on this, if it's a bug or not if anyone noticed it or not, etc.

I just noticed this as well, playing some morde games earlier. It also happened with Tiamat, I don't know what the case is with Ravenous Hydra. Using Titanic Hydra's active ability also does not reset his autoattack timer if his Q is active.
