[GAMEPLAY] Anivias Passive did not work in ARAM

Played a game of ARAM so not the biggest deal but Anivias passive did not work the entire game. Every time I died there was no egg form. As you can see in the pictures and the Youtube Video I have just died and the passive is not on cooldown. Just one game so far so not too sure how to recreate it.
