Prestige Pulsefire Thresh Skin Bug

my thresh skin is bug where his passive, the soul is not light up or you say shining as it is, even after i pick up the soul, it did not leave a shining trait. anyone got the same bug? i reported the bug for riot and hopefully, they will do something about it. because players like me spending time and effort for a prestige skin but only get a prestige skin with no effect.
