Wukong Decoy Bug

I'm new to forums so I'm not too sure how to upload clips or even how to make a clip, but something that needs to be looked at is this Wukong bug.

Every time I would use decoy, I lost all control of my character until the decoy was gone completely. I seemed like it was still on the last click I did before decoy was used. I noticed it at first when I was trying to clear jungle camps and I died to Gromp because I couldn't move behind my decoy. I thought I was just being dumb, but repeatedly I would continue chasing champions and other things that flashed under tower after I decoyed. Please help so I can use one of my favorite champions again.
