Ghost Game

My account is locked in a ghost game - I have literally tried everything to get it back working. Support tickets wont let me log one so I am guessing its a larger issue than just myself.

Any chance I could get a hand on this?

Are you saying that whenever you log in, it's just the reconnect screen?
