[Client] CottonTail Teemo skin (Speckeled) Shows as normal teemo skin While loading

While loading into a normal game the Cottontail Teemo skin with the Speckled Chroma skin was showing as if I didn't have a skin but it still said i was using cottontail teemo. In the picture above is shown the bug ingame.
