[GAMEPLAY] Sheen wont proc for Pulsefire EZ

Hello,

I usually don't post but i want to know if any one else is experiencing this issue.

I have started playing with Pulsfire EZ the past couple of days and I noticed that the sheen will not proc under certain circumstances. It will not increase the damage of the next basic attack.

How to proc sheen:

Buy sheen -> stand next to minion and push "S" so you do not move or auto -> use and ability -> wait for sheen icon and timer to appear -> use basic attack on minion -> basic damage amplified by sheen's buff.

[UPDATED] Sheen wont proc if you [UPDATED]:

Buy sheen -> go to lane and auto attack minions -> use ability "Q" while auto attacking -> sheen icon briefly appears but does not stick around and disappears -> next basic attack damage is not amplified. All other abilities work as they should and proc sheen while auto attacking

I would have assumed that no matter what the next attack after an ability should proc sheen and amplify the next basic attack regardless if i wait 1 second before auto attacking or if i have been auto attacking. Why do i have to stop moving for sheen to proc?

I am not sure if this is normal because I have not really used the sheen much prior to this. Is this the same behaviour everyone else is experiencing?
