PBE account registration error

I checked my PBE status and I got to a page saying "Congratulations, you’ve been selected as a tester for this PBE cycle! To set up your account, we’ll need a few details from you:", However once I input my account ID and Password, near the "Finish Registering" button I get an error saying " something went wrong". Please help me ASAP

I have the same problem.Maybe it's just a time problem.
