[GAMEPLAY] Vlad targetable during W because of mark/dash

On howling abyss, i connected with mark/dash, casted W and followed the mark/dash. Upon arrival, i was instantly targetable instead of the W finishing first. This recurs every time i tried doing it in a custom game. Cast mark/dash, cast W, then follow mark/dash
