Ornn Ultimate Bug

Just played a game as Ornn, when activating R, the speed of the elemental was greatly increased. I'm pretty sure this isn't the actual speed, as recasting R when the elemental is at Ornn to create the knock up effect would fail. Sometimes the ult worked but there was a large delay between recasting R and the elemental bouncing off Ornn. This happened with every ult, but has only ever been that one game. Wouldn't have minded except that it was first game of promos. Couldn't find a fix. although have to admit didn't really attempt to, so unsure if restarting client/game would have fixed it.
