Viktor Gameplay Augment/Lazer not hitting.

I play Viktor a lot... and I do appologize if this has already been taken care of. A few weeks back I was playing a game with Viktor and I bought the first augment. After the first upgrade I had 2k gold and went back and purchases the red augment. I clicked on the recommended red augment (finished product) only to realize it did not let me level up my abilities. Needless to say we lost the game as my augments were not working correctly (at all). I am not sure if it is because of how I bought the augment, where I bought it from (by clicking on the store at base and clicking on the red finished augment) or what the deal was, but from then on out I buy the Yellow>Blue>Red instead of spending 2k/3k at once and buying them all. Also, Vik's lazers were having some trouble not hitting people when they clearly were, but this hasnt happened for a while either. Just thought I would let you know.
