Hyper-Long Queue Wait

So recently I've been having a problem I would login to my LoL, and check some shop stuffs, go around my normal business. Click play, select my mode, and wait. And wait. Wait. Wait. Now I'm at 5 minutes. 10. 15. Any help with this? I'd LOVE if you could.
