Game Breaking Glitch Completely Ruins Game [Gameplay]

I have not found anything about this glitch on YouTube or anywhere that i search for it. This glitch happens to me about every 5 or 6 games it happens multiple times during said games.

This is what happens.

1. the game loses all animations
2. minions freeze
3. things that die that were in vision previously continue to stand with an empty health bar
4. turrets do not die after they die (which doesn't allow me to target the next turret within the lane)
5. anything that spawns after the glitch starts does not appear at all

This literally ruins the entire game for me when it happens there is literally nothing I can do but sit there and wait for it to stop, leaving the game doesn't work, When it happens I can't explain what is happening to my team so they get mad because I am not doing anything at all when to me it is clear why I can't do anything. Seeing as how I can't find anything about this glitch I assume there is a chance that it is only happening to me which basically means there is nothing Riot can do but if it is happening to other people I would love to know and if anyone knows a way to fix this glitch without actually reinstalling the entire game I would greatly appreciate it.
