Runes bought, never received

I bought two AP Marks from the store. The first part, the store wouldnt allow me to buy 3 even though I had 1264 IP and it only costs 420 per mark. It let me buy two though and reflects the right IP of 424 but I can't find my runes in my collection anywhere. There have been many other bugs like the connection issues, but I can live with those, they haven't been too impacting. Yet when I spend my hard earned IP on some runes I expect them to be there. It takes a great amount of time for me to earn IP and there has to be worth on someone's time alone.
