[GAMEPLAY] Predator + Ryze E Glitched Interaction

When using predator on Ryze, if the first ability cast after activating predator is Ryze's E, then the ability will act as if you are casting on an already Flux marked target.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. Lock in Ryze with the predator rune.
2. Use predator
3. Cast the E ability on a target

This bug occurs 100% of the time.
