I keep on getting S-/S/S+ on champs and not getting my chests, is the system bugged or am I missing something?
So far I get S-/S/S+ on this owneds champion while not getting chests; Ezreal, Janna, Lulu, Lee sin, Leona, Tryndamere, Xerath, Blitzcrank, Karthus, Amumu and Tahm Kench
Does it means that Riot owns me 11 chests? Because if that's correct, I'd love to recheck the ammount of chest's they own me from last season also hehe

You only get a certain amount of chests per season, and I think you are able to get one more every like week or something. In your profile under your banned on the client, you'll see a chest icon. Hover over it and see how many you still have available. It will also tell you when you get another chest
Did you check the FAQ page for why you may not be getting chests?
On top of the S chest rules, keep in mind that chests are limited per champion as well, if I remember correctly. I believe it will say on each champion on your page "Chest Earned" and if it's marked, I'm pretty sure you can't get more chests using that champ.
